Self-Care: 6 Ways to Treat Yourself Right
1) Get good sleep. Life can be exciting and busy, we understand. But don’t sacrifice sleep. Get your 7-9 hours to keep your mind and body running smoothly.
2) Drink lots of water. Your body is made up of approximately 50% water. Stay hydrated. Stay happy.

3) Eat lots of vegetables in a rainbow of colours every day. Not only does it look Instagramable on your plate, but your body will also hit that like button❤️️.
4) Exercise regularly to get the blood flowing and increase your endorphins, get that happy hormone fix.

5) Take some time to pamper yourself. Knowing you look good will make you feel more confident. We like to use the Sweet Escape oil after showering every day.
6) Surround yourself with people you love. Find people who build you up and support you. All you need is love.
