      Love love love

I started trying bushbalm a few months ago. I started with Ingrown Hair Exfoliating Scrub. Fell in love, and wanted to try more products. I am in love! Just started recently using the ingrown oil and serum, but so far loving the products!

Best Product I Never Knew I Needed

This oil has truly saved my skin after waxing/shaving. It feels so luxurious to apply it after a shower and/or after shaving. And I like that the scent is very subtle as well. Very happy that I found this company!

      Shocked & Amazed

I stopped waxing because it was too painful and difficult to keep up with and was wary about shaving again. I kept getting razor bumps and the area was sensitive. I kept seeing ads for Bushbalm but thought it was going to be another gimmick that didn’t work. I used this product for one week and am already hooked! No bumps, no burn, and no itching. The scent is soft and neutral and the oil feels so soothing on my skin.

      LOVE

I absolutely love the roller rescue! It works so great for my clients whose skin cannot tolerate physical exfoliation. Plus it's super soothing! 10/10 recommend!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Chemical exfoliants are skincare products that use acids or enzymes to dissolve and remove dead skin cells. On the other hand, physical exfoliants contain granules, beads or particles to scrub away dead skin cells.

Our scrubs are considered physical, with the sugar serving as the exfoliant. The Roller Rescue Soothing Serum is a chemical exfoliant in which the AHA and BHA act as exfoliants.

Both work as chemical exfoliants, but they come in different forms. Radiant Reset is in pad form, while Roller Rescue is dispensed from a Rollerball. Plus, they have slightly different ingredients.

No, as both Radiant Reset and Roller Rescue are chemical exfoliants, avoid using them together to prevent irritation. Use them on separate occasions to maximize their own individual benefits.

Yes, we created the Roller Rescue to be safe on sensitive skin. However, we recommend a routine that helps build up tolerance over time.

Yes, but we recommend waiting 24 hours because these acids can irritate freshly treated or sensitive skin. Waxing and shaving both involve the removal of the top layer of skin cells, which can leave the skin more vulnerable and exposed. This allows the skin to heal and reduces the risk of adverse reactions.

AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) and BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) are both chemical exfoliants that work by breaking down the bonds between dead skin cells, leading to their removal and revealing fresher, smoother skin underneath.

AHA: Derived from natural sources like fruits. Glycolic Acid is water-soluble from sugarcane and primarily works on the skin surface to exfoliate dead skin cells, promote cell turnover and help improve skin texture and tone. BHA: Derived from salicylic compounds, a lab-made version of the naturally occurring substances in plants like willow bark. Oil-soluble, can penetrate into the pores and work both on the skin's surface and inside the pores which is excellent for those ingrown hairs as it helps unclog pores and reduce breakouts.

AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) and BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) are generally safe for daily use in your skincare routine. However, it’s essential to consider your skin type and sensitivity. If you’re new to using AHA and BHA products or have sensitive skin, it’s a good idea to ease into it slowly (e.g., a few times a week) and gradually increase as your skin becomes accustomed to them. Always use sunscreen when using these acids during the day in areas exposed, as they can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.
