Still nicks skin irregularities as it’s a moving blade with no more protection than other trimmers. Hair doesn’t build up in blade as much as my last cheapo trimmer. I hope the NiMH battery lasts for years of use and doesn’t quickly lose charge capacity

I’ve only used this once so far - I am imagining that I won’t use it very often because there needs to be longer hair for it to be effective. this wasn’t a secret - it was articulated in the write up about the product that this isn’t a shaver. so…when i used it, it was great. but i probably won’t use it very often.

I bought this back in September 2021 because I was tired of razor burn from traditional razors. I thought of purchasing the Manscaped trimmer that is marketed towards men, but ultimately chose this one for the price difference ($65 for Bushbalm and $85 for Manscaped). It has held up well and the charge lasts a long time for me. The best part is no more razor bumps or post-shave itchiness!

The trimmer comes with an adjustable guard that can be removed. The shorter length of the guard will leave you with 3mm of hair and the longer guard will leave you with 6mm of hair. Once the guard is removed, you will get an extremely close shave that will leave you with very minimal hair. But it's important to note that the trimmer is not a direct replacement for a razor as it will not leave you completely hairless.
The trimmer is cordless with a long-lasting battery, waterproof, quiet, easy to use, non-irritating ad travel friendly.
Turn the power off. Remove the blade and rinse with water. Lubricate the bade and pop back onto the trimmer.
