Wholesale Sales & Customer Experience Manager


Bushbalm Skincare is a growing beauty company that focuses on bikini line skincare. We're Ottawa based, but expect this position to be located remotely. 

As Sales & Customer Experience Manager you’ll acquire and build on rewarding relationships with clients including waxing salons, spas, and store locations. You’re passionate about skincare and excited by new horizons in the the bikini line industry. You'll spot opportunities to get our products into more locations and on more shelves. You connect, using shining interpersonal skills. You’re energized by resolving problems and meeting challenges.

Attracting New Wholesale Accounts: 

  • Engage with relevant communities and forums including salons, spas, schools, and aestheticians
  • Creating marketing plans to attract more wholesale accounts 
  • Building out referral and loyalty programs to attract more wholesale accounts 

Serve & Grow Existing Wholesale Accounts: 

  • Design marketing campaigns for FurPros email, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Strengthen community and increase engagement of wholesale accounts. We see this through social media and a new private community group. 
  • Create materials and other content to help our wholesale accounts sell more products. These are referred to as product knowledge materials. 
  • Improve the wholesale website to improve sales for wholesale accounts and accessible information 

Key Skill Sets
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating over the phone, through email, text message and Slack instant messaging. The ability to problem solve and close sales leads will be important to the success of this role. 

Key Points 

  • This is a remote role, but preference will be given to Ottawa candidates (our home base) 
  • We are looking for a full time candidate, but part time will be considered. 
  • This position will include a base salary, as well as commission opportunity 
  • You'll report directly to the founders, but will have autonomy 
  • Expect flexible work hours, but sales opportunities tend to happen between 9-5
